NUP, NFP type

The NUP type bearing has ribs on both sides of the outer ring, with a (fixed) single rib on the inner ring side and a detachable flat circlip on the other side. Can withstand a certain amount of two-way axial load.

The NFP type bearing outer ring has a (fixed) single rib on one side, and a detachable flat rib on the other, and ribs on both sides of the inner ring. NH (NJ+HJ) type

The NH type bearing is a combination of an NJ type bearing and an HJ-type inclined retaining ring. Because the inner ring of the NUP type bearing is short, and the flat retaining ring is not fixed, it is inconvenient to use, while the NH type bearing can use the width of the entire inner ring of the NJ type bearing to maintain a tighter fit with the shaft. And NH type bearing is more convenient to install and disassemble.

NH-type bearings can limit the axial displacement of the shaft in both directions with respect to the bearing housing. Therefore, it is suitable for use as a fixed-end bearing.

Double row bearing

Double row cylindrical roller bearings have cylindrical bore and conical bore (bearing post code plus K). This type of bearing has the advantages of compact structure, high rigidity, large bearing capacity, small deformation after load, and is particularly suitable for the spindle support of the machine tool. The conical hole can also play a minor role in adjusting the play, and it can simplify the structure of the positioning device and facilitate installation and disassembly. NN, NNU type

The outer ring of the NN type bearing has no ribs, and the inner ring has ribs in the middle of the ribs on both sides. The axis can be allowed to move in both directions in the axial direction relative to the bearing housing.

The outer ring of the NNU bearing has a middle rib in the middle of the ribs and no ribs in the inner ring. The axis can be allowed to move in both directions in the axial direction relative to the bearing housing. Therefore, this type of structure is suitable as a floating end bearing. NNF type

The NNF bearing is a double row full complement cylindrical roller bearing. The bearing consists of an outer ring with a middle rib and two inner rings with a double rib. The rollers are guided by the ribs of the inner ring and the two inner rings are fastened together with fastening rings. In addition to being able to withstand large radial loads and axial loads, this structure can also withstand overturning moments. Therefore, it is often used as a fixed-end bearing.

NNF bearings use contact seals on both sides. The bearing is filled with grease. The operating temperature of the grease is -50°C to +110°C, but due to the limitation of the sealing material, the operating temperature of the bearing is limited to -40°C to +80°C. In the case of good working conditions, NNF bearings with seals do not require maintenance. If the bearings are exposed to water vapour or pollute the environment for a long period of time, they can pass through the lubricating oil grooves and lubricant holes on the outer ring.
