Thrust roller bearings are used for axial and radial combined loads subject to axial load, but the radial load must not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this type of bearing has a lower friction coefficient, higher rotational speed, and aligning performance

Product Features:

The 29000 type bearing is an asymmetric spherical roller, which can reduce the relative sliding of the roller and the raceway during operation. The roller has a long and large diameter, a large number of rollers, and a high load capacity. Oil lubrication is usually used. Individual low speed grease lubrication can be used. In the design selection, should be preferred;

80000 thrust cylindrical roller bearings, 90000 thrust tapered roller bearings and AXK thrust needle roller bearings can withstand uniaxial load. It is much larger than the axial load capacity of thrust ball bearings, and it has high rigidity. Occupies a small axial space.

Axial cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings are suitable for low speed applications. Thrust tapered roller bearings are slightly faster than thrust cylindrical roller bearings. Axial cylindrical roller bearing is a separate type bearing, can only withstand one-way axial load and slight impact, can limit the shaft (or shell) in one direction of axial displacement, so can be used as a one-way axial positioning. However, its carrying capacity is far greater than thrust ball bearings. Roller rolling, due to different roller speed at both ends of the roller, so that the roller in the raceway on the inevitable slippage, therefore, the limit of this type of bearing speed than the thrust ball bearing is low, usually only suitable for low-speed operation.

The standard designed thrust cylindrical roller bearing adopts a solid metal cage made of metal. According to the user’s requirements, other types or materials of cages can also be used. Thrust tapered roller bearings can only withstand one-way axial load, can limit the axial displacement of the bearing in one direction, so it can be used as a one-way axial positioning. Compared with thrust cylindrical roller bearings, the bearing capacity is large and the relative slip is small, but the limiting speed is lower.
